Folks: "Who GRADES coins that are CLEANED?"

I think ANACS does - but are there OTHERS?

I have a couple in really INFERIOR slabs that NGC sent back in BODY BAGS!

Thanks to my friends and BRAINTRUSTS - HS

Nusimatic Conservation Services does, it's a branch of NGC, if you have any doubt a coin has damage or has been cleaned submit it first to NCS, if not cleaned or damaged they will pass it to NGC.

I think ANACS will grade cleaned coins and mark them that way
